Terms and Conditions
Baseline terms for engagements with Vulcan. We can adapt these to specific scopes and jurisdictions.
Engagement scope
Work is defined by mutually agreed statements of work or proposals that outline deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
Confidentiality
Both parties protect confidential information and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, deliverables are assigned to the client except for Vulcan pre-existing IP, tools, or libraries.
Payment terms
Invoices are due per the agreed schedule. Late payments may pause delivery.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party limits indirect or consequential damages.
